Yes, you can cancel the gift card by following the steps:

• In the Menu Bar on the left, go to Product>Manage Gift Cards. 
• Click on the Invoice number (For example - 11453), and a new window opens. 
• Scroll down and click “Cancel Order.” The amount will be credited to the customer’s account.
