From the admin side, you can easily modify any plan which is not expired. To terminate the Membership kindly follow the below steps,
- Click on report from the side menu.
- Open membership packages/renew packages.
- Find the customer's package.
- Click on the terminate button.
Note: Upon termination of the membership, the member will still be active this month, but his subscription status will be inactive from next month onwards. The system will also send an automatic notification to your customer about the termination.
