Yes, there are two different ways available to be part of the waitlist.

First, the admin user can add any client to the waitlist and secondly client can also join the waitlist.

Note: user can only be part of the waitlist if the class is fully occupied. Even the waitlist has a limit, so if that limit is reached, it may be possible the system won't allow entering the waitlist.
