Yes, it is possible to modify the email body in the email template. To modify the email body, kindly follow the mentioned steps:
Go-to settings/email template.
Click on the title or the edit icon of the relevant email template.
Change the message as required and update the template.
Kindly do not alter any keyword with ‘@’ as they are the dynamic parameters to fetch the data dynamically.
