How can I freeze a customer's account?

To freeze any customer's account, kindly follow the mentioned below steps,
Click on manage customer.
Click on the freeze button in the Action column, which you can find at last.
Select the freeze date and unfreeze date.
Click on the freeze account button.
Note: The system automatically freezes the account between the date of freeze and the date of unfreezing. After reaching the unfreeze date, the system automatically unfreezes the customer's package and informs the customer about the same.
