From an admin side, you can always cancel the future booked class with the following steps:
- Go to reservation/ reservation history.
- The search required booking detail.
- Change the status to "cancel admin."
Kindly note: If you cancel any future date booking from the admin side, the system will ask you to return the credit or no penalty based on the package.
