What does an Introductory Offer mean?

If you want to offer a particular package to buy only to the newly joined customer, you have to use introductory offers. There are two different types of offers available.
New customer only: It will only allow purchasing the package to a new customer or the customers who haven’t bought any package after registration.
One-time purchase only: It will only allow purchasing the package to a customer who hasn’t bought it before.
