If you’ve forgotten your password, you can reset it from the login page. Go to the Login page and click on the Forgot my password link. By doing this, the system will send an email to your registered email address with a set of instructions needed to reset your password.



While entering your new password, Dotbooker will confirm if the newly typed password matches the set validations. The password will be saved if it matches the predefined criteria. You are now allowed to use the new password.

To change your password when logged into Dotbooker:

  • Navigate to Edit Profile. You can find it at the top right corner under your name.

  • You will see the password and confirm the password fields in the edit profile. Enter the password of your choice in the password field, followed by repeating it in the confirm password field. It is advisable to have a strong password.

  • At the bottom, you will see the Save & Keep Editing button, click it.
