If you’ve forgotten your password, you can reset it from the login page by clicking on Forgot my password. An email will be sent to the registered email address with instructions for resetting your password.



If the newly entered password matches the Dotbooker's predefined criteria, only then will it be saved, and you will be allowed to use it.



Reset another user's password


If you have permission to edit an employee’s information, you can reset that employee’s password from your Dotbooker account. 

  • Navigate to People/Manage Employee

  • Click on a particular employee’s name.

  • Go to the Login Information section.

  • Update a new password as per the defined criteria

  • Click on Update Employee
