The freeze functionality allows customers to put their packages on hold for a certain period.
To freeze a customer's account, click the "Freeze" button, enter the reason for the freeze, and select the freeze period dates. The end date of the customer's active package will be extended by the number of days the account is frozen.
When the freeze period ends, the system will automatically unfreeze the customer's account, allowing them to book classes again.
Note: During the freeze period, customers cannot book any classes. Customers can only freeze their account for the time allowed per year as set in the system settings. The "Freeze" button is only visible for customers who have active packages.
