Yes, it is possible to add SEO details from the administrative side. To add SEO details from administrative, go-to settings/system settings/SEO.
To add/change the SEO data like Google Analytic Code (Header), Google Analytic Code (Body), Meta Title, Meta Keyword, Meta Description, and Meta Tags.
