Yes, it is possible to buy a gift card on behalf of the client. To buy a gift card for the client, go-to product/POS.
Select the “gift card” option under the type section.
Enter the price of the gift card.
Click on the enter button.
Now gift card shows up in the cart.
Click on the checkout button and do the payment.
Whatever amount is added in the text box, that amount of gift card is purchased on behalf of the customer.
