Yes, it is possible to use the customer’s account balance for any purchase at POS.
To make any purchase with the customer’s account balance, go-to product/POS.
Add the items to the cart and click on the checkout button.
You can view the ‘Use Account Balance’ option for the payment page.
Check the ‘Use Account Balance’ checkbox and click on the charge button.
Note: If the customer’s account balance is lower than the total amount, then ‘Use Account Balance’ is not displayed on the checkout page.
