What is the meaning of 'Minimum hours before class start to cancel for full refund'?

One feature available in the Dotbooker is that if any user cancels the class within the set timeline, a credit will be returned successfully; otherwise, it will be forfeited.
The system will apply the penalty in the unlimited credit package if the class is not cancelled within the set timeline.
The administrator can set the timelines as hours in the given tab if you do not want to enable this feature, set values as 0 (zero). In that case, users will not get any penalty for cancelling the unlimited credit package class.
