If your achieved game has a reward, you can see the reward button below the badge tile. You can view the reward information and claim it as your choice by clicking it.


Note:

  • If your game has multiple rewards, you can claim only one reward at a time. To claim the second reward, the user primarily needs to claim the first reward followed by the second one.

  • If the user claims any package as a reward, the package starts on the same date as claimed.

  • You need to initiate the conversation offline with the right channel for offline rewards.
