You cannot send an email to an individual customer through Dotbooker. Instead, you can use Dotbooker’s unique feature of broadcasting an email to all the customers.
To broadcast, follow the mentioned steps:
Go-to system settings/email.
Type your email content.
Click on the Send button to broadcast an email to all the customers.
