Yes, terminating any active subscription is possible.
From the admin side, you can easily modify any plan which has not expired. Kindly follow the below steps to terminate the Membership:
Go-to report/open membership packages or renew packages.
Find the customer's package.
Click on the Terminate button.
The admin must first terminate that package that falls under the membership type. Only after this termination can the admin extend or cancel the package.
Upon the termination of the package membership, the client will not be charged from the succeeding month.
Note: For each month, charges will be deducted at the month’s starting.
