There are multiple ways in Dotbooker to resolve the customer’s query/issues. Primarily suggest checking the knowledge base.
There are two different knowledge bases available, one for the admin and the second for customers.
For any serious issue/query, you can send your concerns directly to the Dotbooker support team from the support widget.
If you feel your issue is not resolved by the Dotbooker support team, you can send an email to [email protected].
