Reservation status is as follows.

  • Checked In: This will showcase the client as attended 

  • No-show: If the client is absent, his status will be showcased as ‘No-Show.’ 

  • Pending: If no action has been taken on the client’s booking, his status will be shown as ‘Pending.’

  • Cancel admin: The Admin has canceled the reservation.

  • Cancel customer in time: This status is displayed when the customer cancels his reservation slot in time.

  • Cancel customer late: This status is displayed when the customer cancels his reservation after the specified time.

In the Dotbooker, there is one feature that, for any booked class, if the client is canceled within the set timeline, the penalty will not be implied or if it is booked by credit, it will be returned.
